Nasi Katok is a signature fast food dish in Brunei, which consists of Nasi, Sambal and fried chicken. Nasi means Rice and Katok means Knock. Based on a local folklore, in the past, people used to knock on the door of a food outlet to get food when it was late at night. The food has now expanded to having different choices of sauce and now you can eat them with Udang Galah instead of chicken.
